The Sixth House makes for the most challenging content in the game.

Throwing weapons, arrows, and the Sound spell now distract NPCs and allow you to sneak past them.
230+ NPCs are given unique spells, enchantments, and items, to make Morrowind deadlier AND more varied. Faction bosses, Artifact owners, and Daedric cultists have been given customized, flavorful make-overs to become more difficult AND more memorable. Cannibals gives NPCs body parts (ingredients) based on their class
Necrocraft is all about harvesting bonesfrom corpses adn using them to make undead creatures (skeleton, bonewalker, etc). It comes with a skill that allows you to craft higher level undead creatures.
Way of the Necromacy uses npcs body parts (organs and skulls from "Cannibals") to make zobie npcs or various races and classes. Recipes to make such zombies are scattered in tombs and necromacer lairs.
Cannibals gives npcs body parts that are ingredients, so you can eat them, brew them or make zombies. Perfect for the cannibals, witches/warlocks and necromancers.
Introduces a backstabbing mechanic - do more damage when stabbing an enemy from behind (based on Agility/Sneak). Mod Configuration Menu includes an option for Short Blades only or all weapons. Be warned - NPCs can backstab you as well!
MWSE-lua mod which modifies critical strike coefficient depending on the weapon you use.
Tons of options to customise combat: 100% hit chance, active blocking, and automatic weapon effects based on skill level (bleeding damage, stun, etc).
Crouching with a shield equipped increases your block and reduces your speed.

Arrows and thrown weapons always do damage when they hit a target, but projectiles are less accurate at lower marksman levels, and damage is reduced at close range.
Headshots & other marksman gameplay tweaks.
Makes weapon ranges more realistic, adjusts the stats of many weapon types and adds some dynamics to the combat system.
