Adds NPC services for recharging enchanted items, deciphering magic scrolls and the option to transcribe magic scrolls, both by the player and through a service.
Edits, re-filters, or adds on to vanilla dialogue to add more situational nuance - tavern owners will no longer talk about themselves in third person, Ashlanders will no longer curse vampires in the name of Almsivi, slave owners won't talk lovingly about abolitionists, and thieves will be less blase about incriminating themselves to strangers.
Adds extra service refusal dialogue once you progress further into the main quest. Any member of the Tribunal Temple and House Redoran will refuse to offer you their services as long as the persecution of the Nerevarine is still going on, or in the case of the Redoran, until you become their Hortator.

The modification makes the disposition of NPCs towards the player more realistic (they don't like you as quick). Increases the number of amazing voice lines you'll hear per game.
Learn songs from other bards. Book performances with innkeepers. 38 songs to learn. New 'Performance' skill. Dynamic replacement of vanilla lutes with equipable versions.
Currently, there are known issues: Enchanted lutes are not recognised.
Dynamic loading doors locking according to time of day cycle, location, faction, disposition... Meant as a more general/dynamic replacement of Living Cities of Vvardenfell Locks mod, but it works with or without it already installed. Also can use keys contained in a recognized keyring while opening doors.
Bribing guards will lower their alarm value (how much they care about crime such as theft, lock picking, assault and murder). If you bribe them with about 2000 drakes, they'll even work for you.
