Core mods - MUST-HAVE FIXES

This first batch of mods will give you many fixes and improvements, and twice as much to explore.

Non-scripted followers now have useful features and are very hard to lose.

Alt+E on an item to make companions interact with it.

Extremely useful for those vanilla escort quests.

Expeditious Exit by Nullcascade

Morrowind will quit instantly when you say so.

Memory Monitor by Nullcascade

Keeps track of memory usage and autosaves your game if it's about to crash due to memory shortage.

Saves your game at regular intervals. Highly configurable

UI Expansion by Nullcascade

Huge QoL improvement for your inventory, spell list, and dialogue windows.

All windows can be closed by right-clicking

Fixes tons of little bugs, and inconsistencies in the game.

Skills Module by Merlord

Skills Module is a framework for MWSE+Lua mods that allows you to easily create new skills in Morrowind with just a few lines of code. Leveling and UI are handled automatically, with new skills added seamlessly into the stats menu.

Diligent Defenders by Nullcascade

Friendly NPC and summons react faster and attack your enemies.

Null's Minor Patches by NullCascade

At this point, you'll only need the Tamriel Data Patch and Graphic Herbalism Patch. Download and install those.

DOUBLE MY GAME

This 'only' adds a whole new continent, more than twice the size of Vvardenfell.

Check the following option(s):

To select which plugins you want, do the following:

Double click on Tamriel Rebuilt in the MO2 left pane

Navigate to "optional esp"

Select the following plugins and move them to the left hand side, using the arrow:

  • TR_Preview.esp

  • TR_Travels.esp

  • TR_Travels_Preview_and_Mainland.esp

  • TR_OldTravels.esp

For Solstheim - Tomb of the Snow Prince:

Options to select for VSV_Soltheim_Graphical_Replacer (when prompted, select "merge").

Go back to Remiros' Groundcover folder in the left pane. Double-click and navigate to 'optional esp, and move Rem_Solstheim.esp from Available esp to Optional esp.

Wares Ultimate by Danae

Significantly adds variety to traders' wares, and randomises NPC's inventories and container loots.

Check the following option(s):

If you do NOT want NPC to wear different clothes, hold items and have class-based loot, don't enable any of the plugins labelled NPC.

Note: you can Warsifiy (make npc and traders use wares) any mod you want.

Adds npcs (friendly and hostile) on the roads and a few select npcs to town.

Check the following option(s):

Only install/enable 03 & 04 if you plan to install the CHARGEN mods in this guide

You may select 05 and/or 06 to customise the spawns

A mod crafted to harmonize diverse creature additions from great classics Spawns make each region more unique Loot tables are redone for variety and cohesion.

Check the following option(s):

02 is optional, it removes loot and soul from summons

Gear has a chance to be enchanted. Tons of possible items are possible, never find the same thing at the same place.

Adds chances for the DRIP mod to drop items increasing custom skills added by Skills Module mod

add all the missing original weapons in the game, at the moment all weapons have been added from daggers to long spears, there are also crossbows and bows, they will also be added over time.

Get the "WEP_Wares Ultimate Patch" and the "WEP_Sheathing patch"

Install into your "Weapons Expansion Project" folder and merge when prompted.

Magicka Expanded by OperatorJack

A lua-based framework for creating new, fully functional magic effects. Currently adds 110 new magic effects.

Download the main files and Class Starting Spells for ME v3 + Leech Effects for ME V3.

Merge when prompted.
